APPETIZERS

Elk Chili- topped with cheese and onions – Cup $5/ Bowl $7

Chicken Wings-tossed in your choice of sauce-Buffalo, BBQ, Ginger Chili, Scorpion Honey, or dry rubbed Maple bacon.  Served with veggies and Ranch.  $11

Cheesy Garlic Bread- served with a side of marinara sauce. $8 

Fried Pickles-pickle chips, beer battered then fried.  Served with Cajun Remoulade and Buttermilk Ranch $8

Nachos – Corn Tortilla Chips, Elk Chili, Beer Cheese, fresh Pico De Gallo, sour cream, cilantro. $13   Add chicken $4

Chili Cheese Fries-A bed of crispy fries topped with house made Elk Chili, Jalapeno Beer Cheese, sour cream, and jalapenos.  $10

Asian Fried Calamari-Half pound of hand-breaded, lightly fried squid. Tossed in ginger chili sauce, topped with julienne carrots, sliced cucumber, cilantro & a side of Sriracha aioli. $12

House Salad – Spring greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, sharp white cheddar cheese.  Choice of Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Honey Mustard, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ginger Chili, Red Wine Vinaigrette.  Small $5/Lg $7

Grilled Salmon Salad– Fresh, grilled Atlantic Salmon on a bed of mixed greens with cucumber, onion, carrot, edamame, pickled ginger, cilantro & ginger chili dressing. $16

Wedge Salad– iceberg wedge, blue cheese dressing, chopped bacon, red onion, diced tomato, balsamic reduction, cracked black pepper. $9 Add Salmon $6

Hot Chicken and Bacon Salad- Grilled chicken breast on a bed of mixed greens with hot bacon, tomatoes, and sharp white cheddar cheese. choice of dressing. $14

O’Byrne Burger – Locally sourced Beef Patty, Pepper jack Cheese, Fried Pickles, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cajun Remoulade. $14

Buffalo Burger – Buffalo Patty, Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Over-Medium Egg, Fried Potato Strings, Black Garlic Aioli. $15

Mushroom Patty Melt– toasted sourdough, grilled beef patty, melted swiss cheese, herbed buttered mushrooms, roasted garlic aioli, choice of side. $14

Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich-Grilled Chicken breast slathered with herbed Honey Mustard topped with Swiss cheese, Bacon, tomato, & greens on a pretzel bun.  $14

Chicken Philly- chicken breast, red peppers, onion,mushroom, American & Swiss cheese on a toasted hoagie roll. $14

Spicy Italian-hot black forest ham, hard salami, pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion & sweet cherry pepper relish on a warm baguette with roasted garlic aioli. $14

BBQ Chicken– Grilled chicken breast tossed in house made BBQ sauce, served with house made mac & cheese, sautéed vegetables & topped with fresh herbs. $16

Lobster & Shrimp Tortellini- Lobster claw meat and sautéed shrimp with garlic, fresh tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs in a citrus cream sauce. $18

Fish & Chips-Made to order beer battered Alaskan Cod.  Served with tartar sauce, traditional slaw & fries.  $14

Strip & Scampi- 10oz mesquite rubbed NY strip on bacon & cheddar mashed potatoes, sautéed seasonal vegetables topped with classic shrimp scampi. $23
